Please briefly describe the event:

To: the Illustrious Leaders of the most fearsome warriors comprising the 501st Garrison of the Golden Gate Region on the planet of California.

From: the lowly caretakers of the humble Mountain View Elementary Educational Outpost students in the Concord sector of the same such planet.

Greetings, may the shadow of the Emperor’s wrath never fall upon you!

Our small band of elementary level clones have proven themselves dedicated to their studies, fierce in their training and most loyal to His Imperial Highness this past 12 months. As a reward for their endeavors, this educational compound’s facilitators have decreed that the modest annual celebration may be allowed. The evening will consist of information on 4 planets as possible future assignments, light (saber) refreshments, and, most importantly, a test of general knowledge on all things Imperial (and Rebel) for prizes. Approximately 120 students will earn attendance eligibility. The students that do attend are expected to bring their adult caregivers and any younger clones living in their dwelling units. It was the highest honor for our students two solar cycles ago when some of your illustrious company deigned to attend our small event. A return visit from such esteemed persons, and any entourage, would prove incalculable inspiration so that our students may be encouraged to achieve even a fraction of your worthiness in their service to the Empire.
