I would suggest park on the street or Middle School parking lot.

– STAGING: Staging for the Parade occurs at Phillip West Aquatics Center Parking Lot located at 100 Benton Way. Parade staging in the parking lot opens for entrants at 4:30 pm. All vehicles that are not participating in the Parade must leave the parking lot by 5:30 pm.
– ROUTE: From the parking lot, the route proceeds east on Benton Way, followed by a left onto Donaldson Way, followed by a left onto Amarillo Way. The Parade will end at the Phillip West Aquatics Center Parking Lot.
– START: The Parade will start at 6:30 pm and will end by 7:20 pm
– CANDY AND OTHER GIFTS: Objects may not be thrown at spectators as it may injure them. Parade participants wishing to provide candy and other gifts should have walkers along the float to hand them directly to parade attendees. Drivers nearby where candy and other gifts are handed out need to be especially attentive to small children darting out for treats
