This is a 40th Anniversary party for the crew of Empire Strikes Back. It is being held at 32Ten, previously ILM, on the main stage. We specifically want to have only Darth Vader and 4 stormtroopers. (If they have Empire specific costumes, that would be great, but not necessary. However, the stormtroopers should be original trilogy.)
Your group would be there for photo ops with/for party guests. Please keep the number of handlers to a minimum. It is okay for your handlers to take photos of your group at the venue, but please do not take photos with guests, unless you have their approval. *(I will follow up, closer to the date, to clarify photo permissions.)
We will make a donation on behalf of the GGG, but the amount has yet to be determined.
Depending on how long Darth Vader can be in costume, if needed, a 2nd member with a Darth Vader costume could share the time.
You must be able to provide proof of vaccination in order to troop this event
