Comments: Luminarias will be lined along Franklin Mall. Music and Luminaria Slide show will be played by DJ in front of fountain (next to USPS). Luminaria slide show will be posted online for anyone not able to attend. Dining for Dollars at Restaurants at Franklin mall have been planned, so you and your teams members can eat out that night.
There will not be any secure changing area. You might need to change near your car (street parking) or coordinate with other troopers to set up a changing tent. Still conversing with Event Requester for any parking structures where troopers can change away from the event area.
Both Rebel Legion and Mando Merc have been invited.
