Can you provide a secure changing/staging area to accommodate costumed attendees?: YES

No weapons restriction for the event unless the GGG is still standing down.

We provide a covered tent for you to change in.

Please briefly describe the event:             The Bay Area Step Up for DS Walk and Family picnic is an annual event. Join the DSCBA and our Gold Event Sponsors MACY’s and JOHN MUIR HEALTH and Bronze Sponsor Fremont Bank Foundation… and Step up for Down Syndrome!

THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS, REGISTRATION IS FREE TO EVERYONE.

It is a fun filled day with the following planned for the day:

ACTIVITIES

Start with the walk – Flat walk around the track – Approx: ¼ mile

Team and character photo opportunities

Carnival games . Mini golf . Face painting . Tattoos

Macy’s prize booth

Popcorn . Cotton candy

DJ . Dancing and Pumpkin Patch

FOOD

Breakfast: Doughnuts, Coffee and Jamba Juice available for purchase

Lunch: Bring a picnic lunch or purchase food from various food trucks on site

LOGISTICS

Bring tents, blankets, chairs, tables & set up your family spot for the day.

Plenty of parking
