Comments: The Garlic City Classic, hosted by Gilroy High School, is a marching band competition celebrating young people and arts education. The Classic kicks off the WBA marching band season in the Bay Area and invites 20 regional high school marching bands to attend their friends and families. Food trucks and community await attendees in a family-friendly atmosphere! This year is especially poignant, as our community continues its recovery from the tragic mass shooting at the Gilrloy Garlic
Festival this past summer.

    Signing up to troop TK or ID, as needed for the event. Also volunteering to be Team Lead.

    I can help with logistical details as time gets closer. The Garlic City Classic is a marching band show with 18 bands coming from all over the Bay area. Very fun event.

    Troopers who come will get dinner and if you need to come early i.e. (you are coming from another troop and have time to kill) you can watch the show itself. Gates open at 4 PM and the show gets more and more exciting as the night goes on, (bigger and bigger bands.)
