Comments: This is United Airlines annual Family Day event for the SF Bay Area. Employees and their family members are invited the event is open to and attended by UAL employees and families worldwide. There is no cost to attend the event and participate in all activities; food trucks are the only exception. The event takes place at the SFO Maintenance Base on the Tarmac, in the hangers and special access this year to component and engine shops. We host the Patriots Jet Team, and have a variety of activities including a warbirds and small aircraft displays and C-17 Aircraft Tour, UA passenger aircraft tours, car show, Plane Pull tournament (Airbus320), our very own 777 BBQ team (multi-year Houston Rodeo BBQ Champions), Main Stage entertainment featuring The Hitmen and a variety of live children entertainment (paper airplane contests, balloon twisters, caricature artists, etc).
