Let me get into what we’re looking for a little bit so that you can better understand the nature of the event. I work for Cinepolis, which is a growing full dine-in food and beverage service theater chain. I am opening Cinepolis’ newest venue in San Mateo, CA. Our grand opening is planned for Nov 22nd as of right now. What we’re looking for is some volunteers for the peak times on Rise of the Skywaker opening weekend! Ideally, we would get volunteers starting Thursday 12/19 through Sunday 12/22 in the peak times (these are approximate, we can specify based on showtimes if that works):

Thursday 12/19  6:30pm – 10:30pm 

Friday 12/20 6:00pm – 10:30pm

Sunday 12/22  11)00am – 3:00pm

We do not need a full group for every day but if we could get a few people for each day, that would be amazing but we are open to your availabilities and suggestions here!

As far as the volunteer REWARDS go, we can provide one comp ticket per volunteer so that they are able to see the movie before or after their “costume shift”

The only restriction here is that we cannot give out more than 4 comp tickets per show so if you had more volunteers each day, they may not be able to see the show all together. We would also provide each volunteer with a free popcorn and soda during the movie! Please let me know if this works. I will have to book the tickets using my corporate card the day they go on sale so the sooner we can get a confirmation from you the better!
