We will be having student demonstrations, free martial arts lessons to the the public, special prize drawings and a visit/photo ops from the awesome Star Wars character group the 501st Legion!

ARRIVAL and PARKING:
Appearance time is 12pm, so anytime between 11-11:15 for arrival is best. Parking would be along the street, or across the street from my building at Cielo Tile and Stone. We have full permission to use their parking lot at any time. The parking lot at the Academy will be unavailable.
GREEN ROOM
I have made arrangements with a fellow tenant in my building to use their entire space to house all of you. It’s a few doors down to my left and the place is called Body Ade. There is more than enough space for everyone.
LOGISTICS.
At 12 PM, the ribbon cutting ceremony will take place. 501st members will march out of Body Ade and line up in front of my Academy along with Chamber of Commerce members, and local guests and students for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
After this, we will all go back inside the Academy and you all will line up in the back of the room during the black belt demonstration and presentation which will be finished by 12:30.
At that time, half of you can go to the Photo Booth that will be onsite to take pics with people as well as wander around and meet and greet everybody.
Everything should be finished around 115 or so. I am going to be ordering pizza and drinks for all of you, and you’ll be able to lounge in my loft and eat. I’ll have tables and chairs set up for you all.
