IMPORTANT COVID RESTRICTIONS, PLEASE READ!!!

As the state slowly reopens, for the safety of our members, we will evaluate and post events on a case by case basis.

We will be enforcing the following policies for in person troops for the duration of the pandemic:

1. We will cap all events at 5 characters & 2 handlers max, at a time.

2. All events will be treated as Spec Ops. Command staff will select the troopers for each event to allow everyone the opportunity to participate.

3. Troopers/Handers must wear masks and maintain a minimum 6 foot distance from others at all times (from arrival to departure of event). This includes taking photos with the public, a distanced selfie or spaced out shot is fine, a close in selfie or group shot is not.

4. Masks must be worn under helmets and should be a solid color. Face characters must wear all black mask or a solid color mask matching their flightsuit/jacket.

5. Handlers must wear a solid black, GGG Handler, or Star Wars themed T-shirt and a solid black mask.

6. Failure to adhere to these policies will disqualify you from future in person troops

In addition please be aware that by signing up for any event you understand the possible health risks of trooping during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Please briefly describe the event: This fortuitous COVID-19 vaccination clinic will administer 1,400 doses (combined, some first and some second shots). The event is targeting ages 16+ on the Solano County side of the California Delta. The venue is the Travis Air Force Air Club hangar, and we will raise one wall running the entire length of the hangar. Throughout the day, 1,400 people will be scheduled and spaced to ensure a continuous, even flow.

It just seems wrong to have a vaccine clinic on May the Fourth without the 501st Legion. Food, beverages, and other necessary support will be provided for characters and handlers by the first responders staffing the event. We’re looking for some bad guys to do good by helping us make this event a historic occasion!
