Event requestor is flexible with our appearance time within the given event time. I’m not sure a full shift schedule is warranted. I’m leaning towards a 2 hour appearance of 4-6 or 5-7, so please put your availability in the comments.

since the 25th has become a looser event day (two other events were cancelled) is it possible to move our appearance earlier in the day? morning or afternoon? thanks.
It’s only an afternoon troop as the event starts at 4PM, which looks to be the consensus start time for everyone.
