The month of November brings all-new challenges with night parades and cooler weather troops. The role of a handler is essential at every event. Handlers act as the “eyes and ears” for troopers, and also act as an essential support crew. In this training, you will learn about the essentials of becoming a garrison handler and hear stories from existing handlers.
Current members are always welcome to attend the training. If you are a member, please sign up with a ticket below. Active participation in the call will result in a TOD. You are eligible to earn ONE handler call TOD per year.
This program is also open to friends and family of existing garrison members. To sign up a friend or family member, please fill out the handler sponsorship form. Note: By signing up a handler, you are taking responsibility for their actions at all events.

I have a person who would like to attend this Handler call. I’ve completed the sponsorship form. He is also shooting to become a member as a TK. His ANH TK is almost complete….I think.

I received the name of your handler trainee and I forwarded them a welcome email with the call information. I will send you the call information, as well.
Just to clarify, the sponsorship form is for you to fill out since you have to agree to the terms of service before you can sponsor a handler:
“Terms of Service: By submitting this form, you agree that you will be held responsible for the actions of the handler you submitted. If you do not agree, your handler will not go forward with the Handler Training Call. *
We have this provision in place so there is accountability for all trainees submitted to the handler program and this is an extra step to ensure our handlers abide by our code of conduct at events.
