Comments: Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, is back in person as a full prom! This is a prom for people with special needs ages 14 and up. We have limos, a red carpet, DJ, dancing, karaoke, and other activities. Our event starts at 5pm. The guests get checked in and then board a limo which drives them to the red carpet. This process often takes a little time so I thought they’d love to have their favorite Star Wars characters wandering in this area to interact with! Depending on how long your characters can commit to, I also was thinking we could set up an area for photo opportunities after the guests have checked in. The full event is 5-9pm, though if this is too long the the front end would be the best! This year you won’t be on a slanted driveway and it should be cooler!! We are currently still in the planning stages, so if this date works for you, I can give you more details closer to the event. I had to put a number above but want to clarify, we are hoping for 125-150 guests but we will also have 250 volunteers and 100 or so of the guests caregivers there. We would be so excited to have you back again this year!

Referred by: You came to our Night to Shine Shine Thru last year!
RSVP Date: 28-Jan-2023 (this is the date we’ll decline if we have no sign-ups).

—–UPDATES FROM EVENT REQUESTER—–
For the safety of our guests, because a lot of them have medical conditions, we need all volunteers to wear masks.

We usually have all of our attendees (guests and volunteers) sign a media release and liability release so we will need to ask for that when you all arrive.

One last item is that parking is a little limited, so if anyone is able to carpool that would be great!

Event Coordinator: Robert Stevenson
EC Notes: As stated by the Event Requester, 5-9 is tentative and will likely be shorter.
