Comments:

Event start & end times – The event will take place on Friday, May 19th . All participating members should arrive at the stadium by 5:30 PM for staging. Please meet on 3rd Street next to the Giants Dugout Retail store

The event officially starts at 6:15 PM. First pitch is scheduled for 7:15 PM and a regular 9 inning game lasts 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours (yay pitch clock).
You’re invited to the San Francisco Giants Star Wars Night 1 2023
Parking location and details: A map with location will be provided after sign-up
Changing room details: A Giant’s staff member will escort volunteers into the facility to change.  We will have a large single room to store items and have beverages where they can change. There is a bathroom right outside the room for privacy too.
Maximum number invited: 20 (Currently 9 spots are allocated to the GGG)

Event team will be chosen based on the character wishes of the Giants with preferences in character assignment going to those that have not done a sporting event recently

The Giants will only have space for 15 characters, currently 9 spots are allocated to the GGG.  As this is a spec ops event we will advise the Giants on character mix, but end of the day they will be the ones making the picks on what characters they want to appear.
Basically this is just to let you all know we may have more sign ups than space, so there is a chance not everyone will be picked.

    Hope to have my uniform back from the seamstress asap (dropping off today). Will register once I know sooner to the deadline. For sure can make it

    (Have an admiral rank badge finally done; and have a captain + blaster + belt boxes hopefully ready as well. Feel like I’ve grown to graduate from my Lieutenant rank finally now that I’ve learned a lot of the ropes 😃 )

    Too bad my Maul isn’t quite ready 😭 Maybe next one!?!!!
