    Hi everyone,

The event requester has informed me that this event will be much smaller than in previous years. The library is trying to only do the big con-style event every two years. As such, they’ve asked us to cap our number to 4 troopers appearing at a time. Since we have so many people signed up for this event, we can split the day up into two two-hour shifts with up to four people at each shift.

Can you please let me know if you are still interested in attending this event, and if you are available for the first shift from 10-12, second shift from 12-2, both, or if you would like to withdraw from this event.

If we have more than 4 people interested in each shift we will have a raffle on Thursday night to determine who gets a spot.

Please note, based on the info provided by the ER, we expect this will feel much more like a standard library troop than a convention. The ER has requested that we stay in a stationary photo booth area as opposed to moving around the library.

Thank you to all of you for your support of this event.

    Kyle,
Just saw your post. Thank you.

Since there are sixteen members already signed up for this event, for only eight available slots, you may disregard my request to be added to this event.

    Regards,

    Edward Karl
