We need to attend/staff our booth for the full duration that the show floor is open. We need a minimum of 2 troopers and 1 handler or open face trooper signed up for shifts by the RSVP date to confirm that we can staff a booth space.
Once we have met our minimum, RSVP ticket signups will remain open until November 17 (placeholder date).

Convention Badges / Tickets:

***UPDATE Nov 6:***

FanExpo recently made a change to the exhibitor badge policy. We were previously told that we could get an exhibitor badge for everyone that signed up for a shift at our booth as an exhibitor. The current information is that the request for exhibitor passes is subject to availability and is limited. They did not tell us the total number of free passes that will be available to us. It might be fewer than the number of people signed up, or it might be more. Unfortunately we will not know how many exhibitor passes are available to us until November 13, which is after the refund deadline for paid tickets. See info below for a link to FanExpo’s refund policy and a special ticket offer.
If there are more people interested in an exhibitor badge than we have available, we will hold a raffle for the available badges. If you would like to be considered for an exhibitor badge please reply on the form here: https://forms.gle/KZmXoa5Q6rTXXh4z7. More info to follow if needed. You will need a badge (either exhibitor or attendee) to access the show and our booth area.
We do have access to a special ticket rate of $89 for a 3 day pass. Please see offer details here:

Everyone signing up for at least one 2 hour shift will receive an exhibitor pass to the convention. Badges will be distributed by team lead(s) on-site, they are not available for pickup in advance. Working a shift at our booth is *required* to obtain a badge. These exhibitor passes are only for members & handlers. There are no additional passes for family/friends. Please sign up by November 10 if not sooner if you are interested in an exhibitor badge.

  2. Please leave a comment on the forum event for each day which shift & role (costume, handler, etc.) you are signing up for.
    1. Shifts may fill up quick, please post 2nd and 3rd choices or if you are available for multiple shifts
    2. Lead characters (Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Din Djarin) MUST sign up for a shift to allow other members the opportunity to suit up.
  3. Costume/handler tickets will not be approved unless you also indicate which shift you are signing up for.

      Hi, I’d like to swap to the 10-12 photo booth, but am planning on coming back after my photo op to suit up again. We are supposed to line up for my photo op at 1:25 so just want to move my shift earlier to make sure I don’t need to rush to change.

        Also, I signed up for th exhibitor badge just so I can get in early to be changed. But I do have a Sunday ticket so can use that if necessary, just may not be able to get suited up right on time.

    Signing up as ISB Officer. (Might even do Dedra Meero if I’m inspired to do the painful hair bun.) I’ll be driving up with Mark, so attending whichever he is going, (last time it was Sunday, I believe.) Happy to help with table duties and handler duties. Put me down for 11 AM – 1 PM photo booth duty and whatever afternoon shift needs to be filled for table duties.
