Event Name: Star Wars Day at Enterprise Academy of Martial Arts

IMPORTANT COVID RESTRICTIONS, PLEASE READ!!!

As the state slowly reopens, for the safety of our members, we will evaluate and post events on a case by case basis.

We will be enforcing the following policies for in person troops for the duration of the pandemic:

1. We will cap all events at 5 characters & 2 handlers max.

2. All events will be treated as Spec Ops. Command staff will select the troopers for each event to allow everyone the opportunity to participate.

3. Troopers/Handers must wear masks and maintain a minimum 6 foot distance from others at all times (from arrival to departure of event). This includes taking photos with the public, a distanced selfie or spaced out shot is fine, a close in selfie or group shot is not.

4. Masks must be worn under helmets and should be a solid color. Face characters must wear all black mask or a solid color mask matching their flightsuit/jacket.

5. Handlers must wear a solid black, GGG Handler, or Star Wars themed T-shirt and a solid black mask.

6. Failure to adhere to these policies will disqualify you from future in person troops

In addition please be aware that by signing up for any event you understand the possible health risks of trooping during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Comments from ER Mark Preader: We will be celebrating MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU with our students/families at Enterprise Martial Arts! This will be a general meet and greet. We follow all proper COVID safety protocols at the Academy, and can be a mix of both indoor/outdoor greetings. I will secure a changing area in either a local business in our building or at the very back in an enclosed area away from any onlookers. Aside from a donation to the American Cancer Society, I will be purchasing everyone pizza. Thanks fam!
