Comments:
This is an annual Spring Concert that is also one of this private school’s performance fund raisers. The students, grades 6th through 12th will be performing various musical selections. Some will be in a choir, some in a chamber ensemble, and the middle school band will be performing music from Star Wars.
We are hoping to time the appearance of Star Wars characters for the middle school band’s Star Wars performance, which is towards the end of the evening’s event. Then have the characters stay around for some photo opportunities in the lobby with the guest’s as they prepare to leave for the evening. Estimated time in costume about 1.5 hours or less.
The Garrison is welcome to set up small table if they like for share information about what they do.
Prop firearms need to stay holstered. Long rifles since cannot be holster may not be present.

Prop update – Light Sabers – Okay
Unfortunately, I need to withdraw from this event. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Schedule update.
The event is in two parts and there is an intermission. The middle school performing the orchestra part will be during the first part and this is when we will make our stage appearance. The ER is requesting that we make lobby appearance during the intermission to interact with the guests. Intermission is only about 15 minutes and we will assist in ushering them back in for the second half.
We can return to the green room to break until the end, where we will once again appear in the lobby until the guests depart. The school will have students collecting donations during all lobby appearances. The charity is still TBA.
I requested for refreshments and light snack to be available to us in the green room.
If everyone is game, I know the owner of a Chinese restaurant right across the street if we like to eat afterwards. (8:45ish)
