08/13 – Invite sent to Central California Garrison for Support.
08/14 – CO has chatted with Todd “brother in-law” Idea is they would like us to escort and come on stage with the Motor Patrol squad during their speeches. Stand Guard behind them. After split into 2 groups and stand guard on each side of the Stage/Hall while they finish up. Other details still being worked on. I would like to keep an even numbers of troopers, I told them we should have atleast 12 Troopers in attendance with few Handlers to help coordinate things.

08/15 – Update
I chatted with John coordinator of services, Limit our Handlers – ALL TK’s
Call Time 10 AM
Service Starts @ 11am – About 1 hour Service Long.
We need to be Ready to go by 11:40
Will be moving over the our Staging area behind the Stage.
We go on Stage @ 12:00
Once the Motor Patrol Squad is Announce to come on Stage, We will come out and split in 2 groups and Flank each side of the Stage area.. The Motor patrol should be about a 15 min.
One the Motor Patrol squad is Done, we will come off stage in the same fashion as coming on.
End of Service @ 12:45 – Take a Water break back at the changing area.
They would like us to hang out after during the reception for Photos @ 2:30pm
Troop from 2pm til 3 Pm, for those who can hang around and Stay.
then Call it a Day @3pm – Head out for Dinner

Yes. We will be there with as many as we can muster.
If we have opened the event to all white armor, I would like to change my appearance from handler to TB.
I tried to change my ticket and ended up accidentally canceling my ticket. I am still attending.
Not a clean TB but will have my armor on stand by if needed.

I will Team Lead this event as well be in Attendance as a TK.
I hope to have more details as soon as I can get them from the event requester.
We are Cleared with Disney/LFL to attend this event, I just wanted to double check with them.
Think we are go to go with Any amount of TK’s we can get, Also make limit handlers to say 4-5,
I think its best for very limited Photos to be taken out of respect of this event.
