Can we bring a garrison photographer to document the event for our archives?: Yes. Just no photos of children’s faces. Event photos are fine.
Can you provide a secure changing/staging area to accommodate costumed attendees?: YES
We are hosting a martial arts type evening for kids from 4-11 in the community. We will have the campus and auditorium decorated and have places for kids to meet characters and take pictures. Every kid will get a lightsaber and be an instructions class on how to properly wield a lightsaber by United Studios of Self Defense’s own Jedi Masters. This is an event for any and all Star Wars fans in the community and we would love to have you guys come out! Shaun Pugmire used to work here and has brought the 501st out before. We’d love to have you for this special night! We would gladly make a donation to one of your charities with a portion of the event’s funding.
