Halloween in downtown Novato. We have a safe trick o treat, carnival haunted houses, cars, dump trucks, fire trucks, police cars…all the greatest things kids want to be when they grow up…now we need the galactic armies and fleets, because who doesnt dream of being a jedi when they grow up or a stormtrooper!?!
