Comments: Country Fair Day is truly a community based event with a community fair, parade, food & drink, and lots of kid activities.  The parade is the piece of the event that the characters normally participate in and then they stick around for a while after to take pictures with kids and families.  The entire event is from 10am-3pm, but the parade only lasts from 11am-12pm.  Therefore in the past the characters have been at the event for parade staging (10:30-11:00am), the parade (11:00am-12:00pm), and then have stuck around after the parade to interact with the public (12:00-1:00pm).
