Comments:

Event start & end times – The event will take place on August 14, 2021. All participating members should arrive at the stadium by 3:00 PM for staging. Please meet on 3rd Street next to the Giants Dugout Retail store

There will be a VIP event at 4:00. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 PM and a regular 9 inning game lasts 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
You’re invited to the San Francisco Giants Star Wars Day 2021
Parking location and details: A map with location will be provided after sign-up
Changing room details: A Giant’s staff member will escort volunteers into the facility to change. We will have quite a few characters sharing the green room, so we ask that you please keep your belongings to one spot and respect the space of others. Due to the fact that space is limited, we may ask that characters take shifts so everyone has adequate space while changing into costume. It is highly suggested to come to the event dressed and ready to go, if possible. Water and snacks will be provided.

The Giants will only have space for 15 characters. As this is a spec ops event we will advise the Giants on character mix, but end of the day they will be the ones making the picks on what characters they want to appear.
Basically this is just to let you all know we may have more sign ups than space, so there is a chance not everyone will be picked.
