NOTE FROM EC:
This is the first year any SW group is joining this event. No support vehicles are involved, as they charge $300 per vehicle.
Coolers are not allowed, so cold drinks will need to be carried, perhaps in a wagon or cart.
While there is a designated staging area, there is no plan currently to move bins nor is there a place to suit down. Once on the route, buckets on will be required.

What is the logistical plan? It’s clear from the training video that we cannot leave the bins at the assembly area and that reuniting with them will be very tricky. Even carpooling will be dicey as we’ll be competing with the whole rest of the world for parking. Do we hide our cars and bins in parking garages and show up at the assembly area in costume, then hoof it back to parking to unsuit?
Hey guys. I’m gonna have to back out.
I just can’t see this working out well with no changing space.
Can’t make this event either. Biggest concern is safety. Good luck to all that go.
With regrets tempered by concern for safety I feel I have to back out as well.
