Comments: It is an annual event for the community, a hot air balloon festival; that offers attendees an opportunity to take tethered balloon rides, and get up close to balloons while they fill up with air and take off.

Notes from EC: We need a lot of handlers for this event, It is very popular, and gets very crowded. Also, lots of cables and unstable ground to trip on if not handled correctly. Also, get there early as traffic gets grid locked from the freeway. I recommend going from the Exit south of the main Windsor Exit, (Shilo Road, and going up from there to avoid the traffic)
