    Is it possible to order a handler tag and costume badge tag at the same time; or do they require separate orders?

    If you have a costume approval, but are handling and/or photographing for a troop, is the costume one a cover-all or is one more specifically needed?

    Also the pips: I saw some chatter about those being added by members — but the order form, for example, has an indication that handler has 4 total (Lieutenant from ESB) and costumers have 8 (General?). Are the tags blank in the order and the rank added later?
